TO : JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT, LEGAL RESEARCHERS AND SHERIFFS OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION (MANILA)

RE : ATTENDANCE IN THE THIRTEENTH REGIONAL SEMINAR (Batch 2) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

Pursuant to the provisions of Article VIII, Section 6, of the 1987 Constitution and Section 3 of Republic Act No. 8557, all Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, Legal Researchers, and Sheriffs of the First and Second Level Trial Courts of the National Capital Judicial Region (Manila) are designated participants in the Thirteenth Regional Seminar (Batch 2) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held from March 6 to 8, 2002 (Wednesday to Friday) at the International Center (Angelo King) Arellano Ave. cor. Estrada St. Manila.

Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Legal Researchers and Sheriffs are entitled to incidental expenses for travel chargeable to the funds provided by Memorandum Order No. 05-2001, dated February 16, 2001, and subject to the existing accounting and auditing rules.

This is not a live-in Seminar.
