TO : THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF COURT AND EX-OFFICIO SHERIFFS (ACCES)

SUBJECT: REGULAR MEETING ON 7 APRIL 2017 AT THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COURT, REGIONAL TRIAL COURT OF MANILA

The Officers and Board of Directors of the Association of Clerks of Court and Ex-Officio Sheriffs (ACCES) will hold their regular meeting on 7 April 2017 at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court of Manila.

In connection therewith, the officers and board of directors of the ACCES are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Jennifer H. Dela Cruz-Buendia, ACCES President, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, on the conduct of the meeting with a complete list of all the clerks of court who attended the meeting, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
