ALL COURT ORDERS ADDRESSED TO DSWD RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES COPY FURNISHED THE DSWD-NCR FIELD OFFICE

In the effort of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to provide care and protective services to individuals who need special care specially those in tlieir residential facilities, the said government agency is requesting that the DSWD-NCR Field Office be furnished with copies of all court orders addressed to its center/institutions concerning their clients.

Henceforth; you are DIRECTED to furnish die DSWD-NCR Field Office with court orders addressed to their center/institution at the following address:
