TO : ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT : 17TH NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 20 TO 22 APRIL 2016 AT THE EASTER COLLEGE, INC., BAGUIO CITY

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold its 17 th National Convention with the theme "The Role of the Trial Court Employees in Helping Maintain Judicial Integrity" on 20 to 22 April 2016 at the Easter College, Inc., Baguio City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Atty. Maria Fe O. Maloloy-on, National President of the Association shall submit a report regarding the convention (including the complete list of the personnel who attended the, convention) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
