TO : ALL JUDGES AND EMPLOYEES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, SHARI'A DISTRICT COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS AND SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURTS IN REGIONS 10 AND 12

SUBJECT : SUPREME COURT CENTENARY CELEBRATIONS, REGIONAL LEVEL ON 9 AND 10 MARCH 2001 AT CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The Supreme Court Centenary Celebrations, Regional Level will be held on 9 and 10 March 2001 at Cagayan De Oro City.

Judges and Court Employees are hereby authorized to attend the celebration on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are. notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the celebration.
