THE CONCERNED OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT:

LOCAL, PROVINCIAL AND REGIONAL ELECTION OF THE RESPECTIVE REGIONAL DIRECTORS OF REGIONS 4-A, 6, 9, 12 AND ARMM ON 02 JULY 2010

The new constitution and by-laws of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) provide that each region shall be represented by a regional director duly elected/selected from the different provincial local chapters within the jurisdiction of each region.

Due to some unavoidable circumstances, the following regions were not able to hold their respective regional election:

1. Region 4-A 2. Region 6 3. Region 9 4. Region 12 5. ARMM In order that the regions be duly represented in all PACE board meetings and events, the simultaneous conduct of local, provincial and regional election of a director at the respective areas of jurisdiction of the above regions scheduled on 02 July 2010 is hereby AUTHORIZED.

All concerned PACE officers and members are authorized to participate in the said election on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the election.
