SUBJECT:

5 TH REGIONAL ASSEMBLY AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON JULY 23-25, 2009

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc (PhiiACI) will hold its 5 th Regional Assembly and Election of Officers on July 23 to 25, 2009 at the Villa Brozas Resort, Borongan City, Eastern Samar.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Rodoifo A. Pagaran, Regional President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the assembly.
