SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OF ATTY. JOSE A. SUING
For your information and guidance, the Third Division of this Court issued a decision dated 26 September 2006, in Administrative Case No. 7062 entitled, "Renerio Sambajon, et al. vs. Atty. Jose A. Suing" ordering the suspension of respondent Atty. Jose A. Suing from the practice of law for six (6) months, effective upon receipt of the decision.
The respondent's Motion for Reconsideration was denied with finality in the resolution dated February 28, 2007 . The Motion for Leave to File and Admit Second Motion for Reconsideration was denied in the Resolution dated July 11, 2007 .
