ALL JUDGES AND EMPLOYEES OF THE LOWER COURTS IN NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

SUBJECT:

PROVINCE-WIDE SPORTSFEST ON APRIL 10-12, 2003 AT PANAAD SPORTS COMPLEX

The Coalition of Trial Court Employees Association (CORTE) will hold its province-wide sportsfest on April 10-12, 2003 at Panaad Sports Complex, Bacolod City. The attendance of the personnel thereat shall be considered on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

All judges must see to it that a skeletal force shall be maintained in their respective courts to ensure continuous delivery of judicial service.

A report on the attendance of those who attended the affair shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from the date of the affair.
