TO: OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION

SUBJECT:

NATIONAL CONVENTION ON OCTOBER 20-21, 2005 AT THE MANILA HOTEL

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold its national convention on October 20-21, 2005 at the Manila Hotel.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance bf any cancelled hearing.

Judge Romeo F. Barza, President of the Association shall submit a report on the attendance within ten (10) days after the said convention.
