ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC. IN REGION 3

SUBJECT:

1ST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY OF COSTRAPHIL ON DECEMBER 10, 2010 AT THE BALE CAPAMPANGAN, SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA

The officers and members of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc. in Region 3 will hold its 1st Regional Assembly on December 10, 2010 at the Bale Capampangan, San Fernando, Pampanga.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge, and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Cesar C. Calpo, Vice-President for Luzon of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, CMO a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the assembly.
