AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES OF SOUTH COTABATO, GENERAL SANTOS, AND SARANGANI IN THE ORIENTATION SEMINAR AND WORKSHOP ON COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Philippine Mediation Center (PMC), in coordination with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), The Asia Foundation (TAF), and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (Socsargen Chapters), will conduct an Orientation Seminar and Workshop on Court-Annexed Mediation for Judges and Lawyers to be held from 3 to 4 October 2005 at Casa Luisa Restaurant, General Santos City.

The following judges are required to attend and participate in the orientation seminar and workshop:

Attendance in this Orientation Workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court lendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the ° entation seminar and workshop, and that the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

This Administrative Circular modifies Administrative Order No. 50-2005, dated 16 September 2005 in relation to the General Santos seminar.
