ALL OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, DEPUTIES, PRESIDENTIAL ASSISTANTS AND ADVISERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT:

OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, DEPUTIES, PRESIDENTIAL ASSISTANTS AND ADVISERS MEETING OF THE PJA ON 29 APRIL 2010 AT DIAMOND HOTEL, MANILA

The Officers, Directors, Deputies, Presidential Assistants and Advisers of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their meeting on 29 April 2010 at 6:00 o'clock in the evening at the Diamond Hotel, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is property managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Eugene C. Paras, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
