ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (COSTRAPHIL) - REGIONAL VIII

SUBJECT: 2 ND GENERAL ASSEMBLY AT KANHURAW HILL, TACLOBAN CITY ON SEPTEMBER 22, 2006

The Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines, Inc. - Region VIII will hold its 2 nd General Assembly at Kanhuraw Hill, Tacloban City on September 22, 2006.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Dena Corazon P. Almazan, President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the assembly.
