AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECT EMPLOYEES FROM THE DIFFERENT OFFICES OF THE SUPREME COURT TO ATTEND THE "GENDER SENSITIVITY TRAINING AND ORIENTATION ON THE RULE ON ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE IN SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASES AND GUIDELINES ON PROPER WORK DECORUM IN THE JUDICIARY (A.M. NO. 03-03-13-SC)"

The Employee Training and Development Division, Office of Administrative Services will conduct a "Gender Sensitivity Training and Orientation on the Rule on Administrative Procedure in Sexual Harassment Cases and Guidelines on Proper Work Decorum in the Judiciary (A.M. No. 03-03-13-SC)" at the SC Training Center from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on November 10-11, 2016.

This two (2) day training aims to build the capacities of Court personnel to become more gender-sensitive in their dealings with the public, such that the Judiciary will remain competent, impartial and objective regardless of the gender preferences of its clients, as well as to increase the participants' awareness on the Administrative Procedure in Sexual Harassment Cases and Guidelines on Proper Work Decorum in the Judiciary.
