AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES TO THE JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE FOR JUDGES ON JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (SKILLS-BASED COURSE)

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 44-2013, the following judges are hereby authorized to attend the Judicial Settlement Conference for Judges on Judicial Dispute Resolution to be held on May 7-10, 2013, 8:00 A.M. -5:00 P.M. at PHILJA Training Center, Tagaytay City:

1. HON. LERIO C. CASTIGADOR RTC, Branch 15 Naic, Cavite

2. HON. EDWARD D. PACIS MeTC, Branch 33 Quezon City

3. HON. SHEILA MARIE A. IGNACIO RTC, Branch 80 Morong, Rizal

Their attendance to the aforementioned activity shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars is properly managed for the duration of her participation in the said training and parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
