AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES TO THE JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE FOR JUDGES ON JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (SKILLS-BASED COURSE)

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHTLJA) and the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PIVTCO) will conduct a Judicial Settlement Conference for Judges on Judicial Dispute Resolution (Skills-Based Course) to be held on April 20-23, 2010, 8:00 A.M. -5:00 P.M. at the Astoria Plaza, Pasig City.

The attendance of provincial participants, lecturers, resource persons and facilitators in the aforementioned activity shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. On the other hand, the attendance of participants, lecturers, resource persons and facilitators from the National Capital Region shall also be MANDATORY but on OFFICIAL TIME only.

The participating Judges should see to It that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Judicial Settlement Conference for Judges on Judicial Dispute Resolution (Skills-Based Course) and that parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
