SUBJECT:

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON JANUARY 30, 2009 AT CENTURY SEAFOOD RESTAURANT, CENTURY PARK HOTEL, MANILA

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold a regular monthly meeting on January 30, 2009 at 11:00 o'clock in the morning at Century Seafood Restaurant, Century Park Hotel, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed

and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Antonio M. Eugenio, Jr., President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
