SUBJECT : REVOCATION OF NOTARIAL COMMISSION AND DISQUALIFICATION FROM REAPPOINTMENT AS NOTARY PUBLIC FOR ONE (1) YEAR OF ATTY. ELIEZER C. ANDRINO

For your information afid guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Second Division dated 04 August 2014 in Administrative Case No. 10475, [Formerly CBD Case No. 08-2256] entitled "Cresenciano M. Pitogo vs. Atty. Eliezer C. Andrino," to wit:

The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the IBP Board of Governors in IBP Notice of Resolution No. XX-2013-81 dated 28 September 2013 (Annex "A") which adopted and approved the report and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report dated 8 October 2010 (Annex "B"). Accordingly, the Court REVOKES and DISQUALIFIES respondent Atty. Eliezer C. Andrino from re-appointment as Notary Public for one (1) year for violating the Notarial Law and Canon 1 and Rule 1.01 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, with warning that repetition of the same or similar act shall be dealt with more severely.
