SUBJECT : THE OFFICE OF THE JURISCONSULT

Upon advice and consent of the Members of the Supreme Court, the following matters in relation to the Office of the Jurisconsult created under the provisions of Title III, Book Four of Presidential Decree No. 1083 are hereby clarified:

Salary Grade 30 shall be assigned to the position of Jurisconsult in Islamic Law; and

Administrative supervision over the Office of the Jurisconsult shall be, as it is hereby, delegated, in accordance with the provisions of existing laws, to the Office of the Court Administrator. Henceforth, all its personnel, administration matters and financial requirements shall be handled by the appropriate offices in the Office of the Court Administrator and acted upon by the Court Administrator.
