EXECUTIVE-LEGISLATIVE-JUDICIAL AGENDA EVALUATION AND PLANNING WORKSHOP ON APRIL 22-24, 2009 IN CEBU CITY

Pursuant to the City Mayor's Memorandum dated March 27, 2009, the local government of Tangub City will hold its Executive-Legislative-Judicial Agenda Evaluation and Planning Workshop on April 22-24, 2009 in Cebu City.

In connection therewith, all concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said evaluation and planning workshop on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to the local funds, as authorized and available from the local government of Tangub City provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judges Sylvia S. Machacon and Eduardo P. Pintac, respectively, are hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the evaluation and planning workshop.
