TO : THE CONCERNED TRIAL COURT JUDGES

SUBJECT : MAINSTREAMING ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE THROUGH SCIENCE-BASED, PARTICIPATORY GOVERNANCE AND EFFECTIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT AND ADJUDICATION ON MAY 27-29, 2014 AT THE HOTEL ELIZABETH IN CAMPUTHAW, CEBU CITY

The University of Cebu (UC), through the UC College of Law, in partnership with and support from Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) through its Rule of Law Programme for Asia, will conduct a seminar on Environmental Law Talks on "Mainstreaming Environmental Justice through Science-based, Participatory Governance and Effective Law Enforcement and Adjudication" on May 27-29, 2014 at the Hotel Elizabeth in Camputhaw, Cebu City.

In connection therewith, the following trial court judges are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:
