SUBJECT:

ECUMENICAL RECOLLECTION FOR MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION ON MARCH MARCH 29, 2004 AT THE QUEZON CITY SPORTS CLUB, QUEZON CITY

All members of the Philippine Judges Association together with their respective spouses will have an Ecumenical Recollection which will be hold on March 29, 2004 from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. at Quezon City Sports Club, Quezon City.

Attendance at the said recollection shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, but all concerned should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said recollection.
