TO : ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT : 18TH NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 22 TO 24 APRIL 2015 AT THE LE PAVILLON, METRO PARK, BAY AREA, PASAY CITY

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines, Inc. (SCOPHIL) will hold its 18 th National Convention on 22 to 24 April 2015 at the Le Pavilion, Metro Park, Bay Area, Pasay City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Mr. Patermoscio G. Labayani, SCOPHIL National President, shall submit a report on the convention with complete list of all the court personnel who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
