ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION XIII IN THE 9TH REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 3) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY
For a more effective delivery of public service, and for the promotion of career growth among officials and personnel of the Judiciaryy, all Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, of first and second level trial courts of Region XII are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 3) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held on 23 to 25 June 2004 (Wednesday to Friday) at the Mango Park Hotel, General Maxilom, Avenue, Cebu City.
Sesions and attendance of the Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court will only be on 23 June 2004 (Wednesday).
Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.
Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses for those entitled to and from station to seminar site will be reimburseable at a later date after submission of properly documented receipts.
All communications relating to the Program shall be addressed to Hon. Ameurflna M. Herrera, PHILJA Chancellor, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court (Taft Avenue building), Padre Faura, Manila.
