TO: ALL OFFICERS OF THE JUDICIARY ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (JACOPHIL)

SUBJECT: EXECUTIVE MEETINF ON 31 AUGUST 2004

The Judiciary Association of the Philippines (JACOPHIL) will hold an executive meeting on 31 August 2004 at the old PHILJA Conference Room, Office of the Court Administrator, Supreme Court ( Taft Building ), Manila from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, subject to written permission from their respective Executive/Presiding - Judges. Moreover, they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.
