AUTHORIZING SELECTED SUPREME COURT OFFICIALS AND PERSONNEL AND TRIAL COURT JUDGES IN CEBU PROVINCE TO PARTICIPATE IN A DIALOGUE WITH SUPREME COURT JUSTICES
Whereas, the Philippine Judiciary adopted the Action Program for Judicial Reform to address the issues and challenges to the effective performance of its functions;
Whereas, one of the components of the APJR is Reform Support Systems which shall pursue, among others, the goal of achieving consensus by its internal stakeholders as well as synchronizing support into a concerted effort that will propel reform program implementation end achievement of its vision;
Whereas, in pursuit of this goal, the Supreme Court will conduct dialogues with trial court judges, initially in the province of Cebu to continue and sustain its engagement of trial :ourt judges in the reform efforts;
Now, therefore, the Court authorizes the participation of the following Supreme Court justices, officials and personnel, and trial court judges of Cebu in a dialogue on April 1, 2006, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Waterfront Hotel, Lapu-lapu City, Mactan Island, Cebu:
