SUBJECT : CONSULTATION MEETING WITH THE FAMILY COURT JUDGES ON 19 TO 21 MAY 2016 AT THE MARCO POLO HOTEL, DAVAO CITY

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XI, Davao City will hold a Consultation Meeting with the Family Court Judges of Region XI on 19 to 21 May 2016, at the Marco Polo Hotel, Davao City.

In connection therewith, the following judges and court personnel from the ll lh Judicial Region are'hereby authorized to attend the consultation meeting, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:
