ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT:

2007 NATIONAL SEMESTRAL MEETING

The National Officers of the Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines will hold their 2007 National Semestral Meeting on May 5, 2007 from 10:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M. at the Regional Trial Court, Branch 79, Quezon City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/ Presiding Judge and there shall be-no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. lldefonso M. Villanueva, Jr., National President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
