SUBJECT : DISBARMENT OF ATTY. BEDE S. TABALINGCOS
For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Banc dated 10 July 2012, in Administrative Case No. 6622, entitled "Manuel G. Villatuya vs. Atty. Bede S. Tabalingcos", to wit:
"WHEREFORE, this Court resolves the following charges against Atty. Bede S. Tabalingcos as follows:
1. The charge of dishonesty is DISMISSED for lack of merit. 2. REPRIMANDED for acts of illegal advertisement and solicitation. 3. DISBARRED for engaging in bigamy, a gross immoral conduct."
In the Resolution dated 28 August 2012, the Court DENIED with FINALITY the respondent's motion for reconsideration there being no substantial matter raised to warrant the reversal of the said decision.
