in the decision of the Third Division of this Court dated August 31, 2006 , in Administrative Case No, 6501 entitled, "Atty. Leon L. Asa vs. Pablito M. Castillo " respondent Atty. Pablito M. Castillo was suspended from the practice of law for one (1) year, effective upon finality of the decision.

The decision was received by the respondent on October 12, 2006 , Further, in a Resolution dated February 28, 2007 , the Court DENIED with FINALITY the motion for reconsideration for lack of substantial merit.
