SUBJECT : 16TH CONFERENCE ON THE LAW OF THE WORLD AT THE PHILIPPINE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER (PICC) ON OCTOBER 24 - 29, 1993
The 16th Conference on the Law of the World which has for its theme "LAW IN A CHANGING WORLD" will be held at the PICC on October 24 - 29, 1993.
The Conference will have as participants Justices, Secretaries of Justice and Law Professors from other countries. The organizers intend to make the conference a forum for judges to interact, interrelate, exchange ideas and forge friendships with their counterparts from other countries.
All judges are authorized to attend the conference. Attendance thereat is on OFFICIAL TIME/ OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available.
