ATTENDANCE AT THE CONFERENCE-SEMINAR ON FISHERIES AND ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS FOR JUDGES AND PROSECUTORS

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in cooperation with the Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR), will hold a three-day Conference-Seminar on Fisheries and Environmental Laws for judges and prosecutors on October 8 to 10, 2003 at the Forest Hills, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) in Olongapo City.

Attendance of the judges in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed.

The judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is squired. No companions and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
