AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SUPREME COURT SUB­ COMMITTEE ON COMMERCIAL COURTS, SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES AND SELECTED PAIRING COURT JUDGES OF REGIONS 1,2, 3 AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS AT THE SEMINAR ON THE RULES OF PROCEDURE ON FINANCIAL REHABILITATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), the Supreme Court Sub-Committee on Commercial Courts, in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the American Bar Association-Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI) will conduct a Seminar on the Rules of Procedure on Financial Rehabilitation for Special Commercial Court Judges and Selected Pairing Court Judges of Regions 1, 2, 3 and Other Stakeholders on August 27, 2014, Wednesday, at The Manor, Camp John Hay, Baguio City.
