For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Banc dated 03 February 2015 in Administrative Case Nos. 7973 and 10457, entitled "Melvyn G. Garcia vs. Atty. Raul H. Sesbreno," to wit:

WHEREFORE, respondent Raul H. Sesbreño is DISBARRED effective immediately upon his receipt of this Decision.

In a Resolution, dated 10 March 2015, the Court CONSIDERED as SERVED the Notice of Judgment (with a copy of the Decision dated 03 February 2015) personally served on Atty. Raul H. Sesbreno at his given address, which was returned unserved.
