NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (RTC-COCAP)

SUBJECT:

BOARD MEETINGS ON FEBRUARY 20, 2009 AT THE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM AND JUNE 26, 2009 IN DAVAO CITY

The Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will hold the board meetings on the following dates and venues, to wit:

February 20, 2009 - Board Meeting at the OCA Conference Room

June 26, 2009 - Board Meeting in Davao City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Remiebel U. Mondia, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
