For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Second Division dated 11 July 2012 in Administrative Case No. 6910, entitled "Isaac C. Basilio, et al. v. Atty. Virgil R. Castro," to wit:

WHEREFORE, the Resolution of the IBP Board of Governors approving with modification the Report and Recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner is hereby AFFIRMED WITH MODIFICATION. Atty. Virgil R. Castro is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of two (2) months, with a stern warning that a repetition of the same or a similar wrongdoing will be dealt with more severely.
