AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND FIRST LEVEL TRIAL COURT JUDGES OF REGION X IN THE REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 5)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and to promote career growth, all Regional Trial Court and First Level Trial Court Judges of Region X are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 5) under tha auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held from 4 to 6 December 2007 at the Dynasty Court Hotel, Cagayan De Oro City.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearing.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expense to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
