TO : ALL THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND THE MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS JUDGES IN REGION 8

SUBJECT: MEETING ON JULY 19, 2013 IN TACLOBAN CITY

The Municipal Trial Courts and the Municipal Circuit Trial Courts Judges in Region 8 will hold a meeting on July 19, 2013 in Tacloban City to formalize the organization of a Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. (PTJLI) chapter in the Eastern Visayas.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Atcneones S. Bacale, PTJLI Director for Eastern Visayas Region, shall submit a report on the conduct of the meeting (including the list of the judges who attended) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
