AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF FIRST LEVEL TRIAL COURT JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF REGION 6 IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON THE RULE OF PROCEDURE FOR SMALL CLAIMS CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy, in partnership with USAID and ABA-ROLI, will conduct the Seminar-Workshop on the Rule of Procedure for Small Claims Cases for First Level Trial Court Judges and Clerks of Court of Region 6 on November 16, 2010 (Batch 1) and on November 18, 2010 (Batch 2) at the L' Fisher Hotel, Bacolod City.

First Level Trial Cour: Judges and Clerks of Court shall attend the seminar workshop on the date indicated below:

Batch 1

Iloilo, Aklan, Antique, Guimaras

November 16, 2010

Batch 2

Negros Occidental, Capiz, Talisay City

November 18, 2010

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendar would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearing.

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. No companion or substitution of participant shall be allowed.
