TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)
SUBJECT : MONTHLY MEETINGS ON JUNE 28 2012 AT MARIKINA CITY AND JULY 26, 2012 AT CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY
The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold monthly meetings on June 28, 2012 at Marikina City and July 26, 2012 at Cagayan de Oro City.
All concerned are authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.
Judge Lyliha A. Aquino, Secretary-General of the Association, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
