The Civil Service Commission conducted a seminar on Accountability and Behavioral Reforms on 30 July 2001 in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental. The attendance thereat of court personnel under the administrative area of supervision of the Regional Trial Court, Kabankalan City is considered on OFFICIAL TIME.
