AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF FIRST LEVEL TRIAL COURT JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF REGION IO IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON THE RULE OF PROCEDURE FOR SMALL CLAIMS CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy will conduct the Seminar-Workshop on the Rule of Procedure for Small Claims Cases for First Level Trial Court Judges and Clerks of Court of Region 10, on June 24, 2010 at the Pryce Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City.

Judges and Clerks of Court of First Level Trial Courts of Region 10 shall attend theseminar-workshop on said date.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendar would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearing.

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS, except for those whose work station and/or residence is within Cagayan de Oro City, which shall be on OFFICIAL TIME ONLY.

Any communication relating to the workshop shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Taft Avenue corner Padre Faura Street, Manila.
