ALL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE CONFEDERATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATIONS, INC. (PHILCONCEA)

SUBJECT :

MEETING ON JULY 14, 2003 AT THE SUPREME COURT BUILDING

Due to conflict of schedule, the meeting of the Officers of the Philippine Confederation of Court Employees Association. Inc. (PHILCONCEA) scheduled on My 11, 2003 has been moved to July 14, 2003 at the Supreme Court Building..

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court, calendar.

A complete report, on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.

This amends OCA Circular No. 76-2003.
