: Submission of the Monthly Reports of Cases (SC Form No.l, Rev. January 1995)

To facilitate the processing of the Monthly Reports of Cases (SC Form No. 1, Rev. January 1995), pursuant to Administrative Circular No. 4-95 dated 16 January 1995, you are directed to file or send them by registered mail DIRECTLY to the following:

Statistical Reports Division Court Management Office Office of the Court Administrator Supreme Court, Manila

You are reminded that the Monthly Reports of Cases shall be submitted on or before the fifteenth (15th) calendar day of the succeeding month. Failure to do so shall warrant the withholding of the salaries of those concerned without prejudice to whatever administrative sanction the Court may impose on them.

Strict compliance is hereby enjoined.
