SUBJECT : 3rd VISAYAS CONGRESS AND ELECTION OF REGIONAL DIRECTORS ON APRIL 23 TO 24, 2015 AT KALIBO, AKLAN

The officers and members of the Court Stenographers Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc., Visayas Chapter will hold its 3 rd Visayas Congress and Election of Regional Directors on April 23 to 24, 2015atKaliboAklan.

In connection therewith, the officers and members of COSTRAPHIL Visayas Chapter and the following COSTRAPHIL executive officers are hereby authorized to attend the 3 rd Visayas Congress and Election of Regional Directors on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar:
