AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FAMILY COURTS OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION NCJR)IN THE PRESENTATION OF THE IMPACT STUDY RESULTS ON THE PROJECT "IMPROVING JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS INVOLVING CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE/EXPLOITATION CASES"

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Child Protection Unit Network (CPU - NET), in collaboration with the UK Embassy, through His Excellency Ambassador Peter Beckingham, will have a Presentation of the Impact Study Results on the project "Improving Judicial Proceedings Involving Child Sexual Abuse/Exploitation Cases" on January 11, 2006, 2:00p.m. at the Justices' Lounge, 7 th Floor, New Supreme Court Building, Padre Faura, Manila.

Judges and personnel of eight (8) Family Courts in Metro Manila were invited for a Competency Enhancement Training (CET) on this project on 21-23 March and 18 - 20 April 2006. Six (6) months after the CET, an impact study was conducted and completed which will be presented by the Research Team.

The following Judges and Branch Clerks of Court are required to attend and participate in this activity:
