TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE WESTERN AND EASTERN VISAYAS REGION

SUBJECT : BIENNIAL CONVENTION ON 27 TO 29 JUNE 2014 AT THE HOTEL DEL RIO, ILOILO CITY

The Western Visayas Region and Eastern Visayas Region of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) will jointly hold their Biennial Convention with the theme "Enhancing IBP's National and Regional Relevance" on 27 to 29 June 2014 at the Hotel del Rio, Iloilo City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Vicente M. Joyas, National President of the IBP, shall submit a report (including the complete list of all judges, clerks of court and court personnel who attended the convention) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
