SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OF ATTY. ANTONIUTTI K. PALAÑA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the decision of the Second Division dated August 23, 2007, in Administrative Case No. 7434 entitled, "Sps. Amador and Rosita Tejada vs. Atty. Antoniutti K. Palaña", to wit:

"WHEREFORE, respondent Atty. Antoniutti K. Palana is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of six (6) months and is ordered to settle his loan obligation to petitioners-spouses Amador and Rosita Tejada within two (2) months from the date of this Decision's promulgation"

Copy of the decision was received by respondent on 3 September 2007 per Registry Return Receipt No. 20620.
