TO : ALL FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU

SUBJECT : 3rd NATIONAL SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON RESTORATIVE JUSTICE EDUCATION ON 26 TO 27 NOVEMBER 2015 AT THE CEBU PARKLANE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

The Integrated Correctional Association of the Philippines, the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines-Episcopal Commission on Prison Pastoral Care and the Professional Criminologist Association of the Philippines will hold the 3r d National Seminar-Workshop on Restorative Justice Education on 26 to 27 November 2015 at the Cebu Parklane International Hotel, North Escario Street, Cebu City.

In connection therewith, all first and second level court judges in the province of Cebu are hereby authorized to attend the seminar-workshop, on OFFICIAL TIME purely on voluntary basis, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500.00) for the food, refreshments and training materials shall be shouldered by the participant. Further, the participant will make arrangement for his/her lodging. Should the participant wish to be accommodated at the Cebu Parklane International Hotel, arrangement may be made directly with Ms. Phyliss Ann P. Gallarde at (032) 2347000 or at (032) 4117000.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
